  • What Is Cool Kids Style Club?
We are parents with over 20 years in the fashion and accessory world on a mission to bring gender- neutral colors and rad styles to little ones. We understand that parents are busy, and kids typically hate shopping. We take the guesswork out of shopping by delivering monthly or seasonal boxes of clothing and accessories to your door. All items are discounted from retail prices, but if you keep the whole box, you receive an even greater discount. Try on the items at home, keep what you want, and send the rest back for free. It’s just that simple!
  • How Does It Work?
After you sign up and tell us about your kid(s) their name, size, etc., we curate a box of gender neutral, timeless threads and accessories that all work together effortlessly. If you choose a monthly subscription, you’ll receive 5-8 items, and if you choose a seasonal box, you’ll receive 12-18 items. All items are discounted from original retail price, and if you choose to keep the entire box, you’ll receive an even greater discount. Keep only the items you want and send the rest back for free.
  • Is There A Styling Or Membership Fee?
Yes. For each box sent, we charge a $20 styling fee to curate your kid’s box, but that $20 fee goes towards any item you keep. If you choose to return everything, the $20 styling fee will not be credited credited back to you.
  • What Ages And Sizes Do You Offer?
We offer infant boy and girl sizes, 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, and 18-24 months. We offer toddler boy and girl sizes 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T, and 6T. Many of the brands we carry run a little big, giving your little one plenty of room to grow and lots of wear time.
  • What's In A Cool Kids Style Club Box?
If you sign up for the monthly box, you’ll receive 5-8 items of clothing and accessories. If you sign up for the seasonal box, which is 5 times a year (spring, summer, fall, holiday, and winter), you’ll receive 12-18 items of clothing and accessories.
  • How Does The Monthly Box Subscription Work?
Each month, we will send you 5-8 items of clothing and accessories that all work together. You get 5 business days to try everything on in the privacy of your own home to determine what you like. All items are discounted whether you decide to keep some or all the items. However, if you keep all the items in the box, you will receive an even greater discount. All the information is provided in the box to let you know specifics on pricing. After 5 business days, if we haven’t heard back as to what you may be sending back, we will charge your card for the full discounted box.
  • How Does The Seasonal Box Subscription Work?
The seasonal box subscription consists of 5 boxes- spring, summer, fall, holiday, and winter. Because those boxes are less frequent, we pack more items inside insuring your child has enough clothes to last in between deliveries. The seasonal box includes 12-18 items of clothing and accessories that all work together. You get 5 business days to try everything on in the privacy of your own home to determine what you like. All items are discounted whether you decide to keep some or all the items. However, if you keep all the items in the box, you will receive an even greater discount. All the information is provided in the box to let you know specifics on pricing. After 5 business days, if we haven’t heard back as to what you may be sending back, we will charge your card for the full discounted box.
  • How Much Does It Cost?
Every item in each box is deeply discounted from original MSRP. However, if you keep every item in your box, the items are discounted even more. It’s a win-win either way. Average price range for items in box is $14- $36. However, because we do send outerwear like jackets and coats for the winter, those items may more. Remember, you only pay for what you keep so don’t stress out.
  • What Types Of Brands Will I Receive?
We search for boutique brands that have unique styles so that your little one won’t look like all the other kids in bright colors from big box brands. We know how important it is for kids to have a unique since of style, which develops into self-confidence and pride.
  • What If I LOVE Something And Want To Purchase It Again?
There are certain items in our collection we consider “heirloom” pieces, meaning these pieces are classic staples that we will always have in our collection because they never go out of style. So send us an email with a picture of the item you love, with the size you need, and your phone number, and we’ll see if that is one of our classic staples we keep in stock to send you another one. Of course, we’ll still give you the discounted rate!
  • What If I Want An Item But Would Prefer It In Another Color?
Because we carry boutique brands and not big box items and because our styles tend to be more design driven, we don’t often carry items in a range of colors. However, you can always shoot us an email at help@coolkidsstyleclub.com to see if we do carry that item in another color.

Shipping

  • When Will You Ship My Box?
Once you sign up, we will process your order immediately. It typically takes a couple of days to leave our facility and then 2-4 business days. We want you to receive your box as soon as you order no matter what date that is. However, if you opt to receive a monthly box, we will typically ship on the 1st of every month. If you opt for quarterly shipments, which are 5 times a year (spring, summer, fall, holiday, and winter), those shipments will typically be towards the middle of the month.
  • Can I Go From A Seasonal To Monthly Subscription, Or Vice Versa?
Absolutely! If you start with a monthly box and decide to switch to a seasonal box, you can do so at anytime. If you initially sign up for a seasonal box and want to receive a monthly box, you can switch anytime.
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
Right now, we ship to the United States with ease through our website.

HOWEVER, if you live internationally and want a Cool Kids Style Club Box, please email us at info@coolkidsstyleclub.com with a phone number to reach you, and someone from our team will contact you directly to put together the coolest box of clothing and accessories. Please keep in mind that we will need to charge you shipping. But since you will be working with one of our team members, they can better customize your box ensuring you will love every item. It’s worth the call!

My Account

  • How Do I Update My Kid's Size?
To update your kid’s size, you can log into your account and change sizes. We know you’re busy so don’t worry, we will also send you an email prior to shipping out your box to remind you to login and update your kid’s size.
  • What If I Want To Cancel My Subscription?
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Just send us an email at help@coolkidsstyleclub.com , and we’ll take care of the rest!
  • When Is My Card Charged?
Once we are ready to ship your order, your card will immediately be charged the $20 styling fee. That fee will go towards any item you decide to keep. If you decide not to keep any time, you will not receive that a refund for that $20 styling fee. Once you receive your box of cool kids clothing and accessories, you have 5 days to try on and decide what you want to keep. If there are items you wish to send back, please log into your account and let us know what items you wish to send back. Place returns in the pre-paid envelope and ship back to us. We will then charge you only for the items you are keeping minus your $20 styling fee. If we do not hear back from you within those 5 days, we will assume you are keeping the whole box, and charge accordingly. All shipping is on us!

Returns

  • May I Return Items I Don't Like And Keep Items I Do Like From Each Box?
If you don’t like some or all your box of cool threads, you can send some or all back for free. The $20 styling fee will be deducted from the items you decide to keep. However, if you decide to return everything in the box, you will not be refunded the $20 styling fee. Just let us know within 5 days of receiving your box what items you want to send back. Login to your account and follow the steps of the return process. Be sure to print your return label, pack returned items in the envelope provided, and adhere the return label to the outside of envelope before shipping back to us. If we do not receive your returned items within 10 business days, you will be charged for the full amount of the box. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
  • What If Something Doesn't Fit? May I Exchange It For Another Size?
Of course! Just shoot us an email at help@coolkidsstyleclub.com and let us know which item you’d like to exchange and what size or call us at 800-COOLKID. Enclose the items you wish to exchange in the pre-paid envelope, and as soon as we receive your items, we’ll ship out the new size for you for free.

  • May I Buy A Gift For Someone Else?
Yes, we provide gift boxes for newborns to size 6Y. Click the Give A Gift link in the menu to choose a box. We provide several price points to suit your budget needs.
